Ryder Cup Winning Team Jamaos
The Ryder Cup is the most important team tournament in golf. It is held every two years at a venue chosen from among the best clubs in Europe and the United States, this edition being held in the Spanish town of Cadiz. The Ryder Cup has been held since 1927, however its origin dates back to 1921, when Sylvanus Germain, president of the Toledo Golf Club, organized an unofficial championship between British and American players.
Teams are selected on the basis of a points system that takes into account the players’ performance in various tournaments prior to the event. The Ryder Cup is known for its intense and competitive atmosphere, with players often playing for national pride as well as for personal glory and the triumph of our golf trophies.
